We’re continually working to enhance your experience at Henry Ford Genesys Health Club, and we’re excited to share updates on our upcoming Club Improvements Project. These upgrades are designed to elevate the amenities you enjoy.

Ongoing Projects
Studio 1 Closure
August 13th
As part of our ongoing Club Improvements, Studio 1 will be temporarily closed to allow for routine maintenance.
Studio 1 will be unavailable from 7:00 AM — 12:00 PM on Thursday August 13th. All classes during this time have been moved to Studio 3. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete these updates.
Mezzanine Closure
August 13th — August 14th
As part of our ongoing Club Improvements, the Mezzanine will be temporarily closed to allow for important repairs.
During this time, we encourage members to utilize similar equipment located throughout other areas of the club. If you need assistance finding a specific machine or alternative option, our Fitness Specialists are available and happy to help.
Club Painting Project
In Progress
As part of our ongoing Club Improvements, painting will continue throughout, select areas of the club. These updates will help complete the refreshed look and feel of our facility.
Painting will be completed in phases to minimize disruption, although members may notice work taking place in select areas during their visit.
Aux Gym Painting Project
Beginning August 24th
As part of our ongoing Club Improvements, we will be renovating the Auxiliary Gym.
New paint will be added to the walls, and new mats will be installed. During this time, all Parkinson's classes will be moved to Studio 2.
Roof Replacement
Upcoming
As part of our ongoing Club Improvements, roof replacement will begin over the Aquatics area before progressing in phases throughout the facility.
As work will be completed from the exterior of the building, helping to minimize disruptions to member access and daily operations. Members may notice construction activity around the exterior of the club as work progresses.
Parking Lot Resurfacing
Beginning September 8th
As part of our ongoing Club Improvements, the parking lot will be replaced.
Work will be completed in phases over several days. During this time, members may experience temporary parking restrictions, adjusted traffic patterns, or directional signage to help safely navigate the parking lot. More details will be shared as they become available.
