At Henry Ford Genesys Health Club, we're committed to helping you stay active with 40+ certified instructors and three state of the art studios featuring cushioned floors, mirrored walls, and premium sound systems. Our diverse class schedule offers something for everyone, from Barre and Zumba to classes for active older adults. Plus, we proudly offer the Les Mills series, including BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT, BODYBALANCE, RPM, and CORE. Treadmill Class

Run at your own pace while enjoying the energy of a group in this treadmill-based fitness class! Tackle hills, sprints, and endurance challenges with guidance from our expert instructor. Perfect for all fitness levels, with modifications available for beginners.

Pre-registration for this class is required due to treadmill availability.

Parkinson's Exercise Program

Henry Ford Genesys Health Club offers a variety of classes each week for people with Parkinson's Disease to help them stay as active and healthy as possible!

Specialty membership types are available for Individuals with Parkinson's Disease.
