Evan has been a part of the Health Club team since 2016. Evan fell in love with tennis during summers at the Flint Swim and Racquet Club, quickly turning a fun hobby into a competitive passion. Known for his energy, sharp eye, and motivational coaching style, Evan builds strong technical, mental, and strategic skills—while always keeping tennis fun. You’ll often catch him blasting music during lessons and inspiring players of all levels to reach their goals. A University of Michigan - Ann Arbor graduate, Evan returned to Flint, became a certified teaching pro, and in 2017 was named head coach of the Flushing girl’s varsity team. After seven seasons, he’s a three-time Flint Metro League Coach of the Year, with multiple league titles and State Finals appearances. He most recently led the team to finish 12th in the state for Division 2.
